Travelling with children

Small children and babies for the safety reasons must be accompanied by adult in the same class.

An infant is a baby who has not reached his second birthday when travel commences.

Only one  infant per accompanying adult over 18 years of age (16, if within same family).

A child is a passenger between the age of 2 and 11, who is:

  • Paying the applicable child fare;
  • Holding a regular passenger ticket;
  • Occupying an individual passenger seat.

Children under age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult person of 18 years of age or older.
